Hello satellite a200 wireless, I have this problem with my Satellite A notebook with Vista Home Premium 32 bit where the Intel Pro Wireless connection keeps disabling itself after several minutes or several hours of usage.

satellite a200 wireless When I try to enable it, it will say something like “Enable attempt already in progress”. The drop outs aren’t as frequent as the newer drivers, but the problem still happens.

Though, I doubt it’s a router issue, my other laptop runs fine without any wireless dropouts. I’ve been running with the old driver for a week and the connection has disabled about 4 times. None of them have worked. And surprisingly, this one works the best.

Because several months back, satellite a200 wireless notebook kept shutting itself off for no apparent reason, maybe once or twice a week.
In network connections, the wireless connection is shown as Disabled. However, the wireless orange light is still lit up on the notebook the whole time.
The only way to reenable the wireless connection, is to reboot the system.
